With the recent “explosion” at the Valero Refinery in Port Arthur, TX, which authorities attributed to an “accident” even though the RUMOR MILL says was a Drone Strike which came in off the Gulf, it seems Texas is beefing-up its ability to alert the public.

As the Iran conflict continues to escalate, and with Iran infrastructure being willfully attacked, many people have been wondering if U.S. infrastructure might start getting attacked in retaliation?

Texas testing its statewide Emergency Alert seems to show it isn’t only the general public that is concerned with such possibilities.
